Executive Director’s Report:

This year Leah would like to put together Board retrospectives on the NF Summit to complement staff retrospectives.

Github has just launched their organization sponsor program which allows donations to projects through an organization. We’re hoping to have a donation button on each of our project’s github pages, which will allow for direct donations to each project.

    projects to more clearly delineate differences between “Affiliated”
    and “Fiscally Sponsored” statuses.

d. Draft Board 2020 Meeting Calendar and Project Application/Review Schedule

NF will announce our new schedule for batching project
applications, with potential NF projects receiving a response within a
maximum of 6 weeks after the application deadline. Board members will
have a call dedicated to project application/review typically \~3 weeks
after receiving applications.
