Executive Director’s Report:
Sylvain and Leah had a call with both our French and US attorneys to further the establishment of NumFOCUS EU. A translation of the bylaws into French has been drafted, and our attorneys are looking into the pros and cons of forming related or unrelated organizations (such as the ease of fund transfer between the US and EU organizations).
