b. Strategic Planning Session -
i. Reading Assignment: Required reading:
1. First Things First: Introduction, chapters 1, 2, 7 (92-108),

2. Cloudburst: Introduction, chapters 1-7, chapters 29, 30, 31,
> 35, 36. About 45 pages.
c. Scikit-learn Update
i. No official response yet to Stefan's email to the Scikit-learn

d. Proposal to Join OSI as an Affiliated Organization

e. Adding a Copyright Policy to the Website
i. Reviewed NumFOCUS Copyright Policy Proposed Draft
ii. Board is okay with pushing this forward once the outstanding
