i.  Proposal is to do June 3rd or June 10th, some folks will be at PyData London the weekend of June 3rd.

b. Meeting Time

i.  No changes to the time for now, Wednesday

ii. Leah is working with our attorney and the project

d. 9th board member search

i.  What are we looking for in a 9th board member?

ii. Three possible options: someone who helped build an open source organization, someone to represent another part of the world, another project rep.
