  1. Proposed DISC Committee Charter Amendments - The committee has proposed the amendments indicated by the highlighted text. [[Charter amendments proposal

  2. Election Committee Charter - DRAFT - Election Committee Charter

  3. Approval is still needed for Open OnDemand's status as an Affiliated project. This was discussed but never officially voted on due to Town Hall prep.

  4. Approval for Poly, This is conditional acceptance, dependent on the project's CZI proposal being accepted/awarded.

Updates

  1. NF EU - We have two referrals for an accountant in France to manage our finances in accordance with French/EU laws. I'll review the proposals with Mir next week before moving forward.

  2. We are using Wise for some of our wires that are under 6k to decrease wire fees. They need to verify and update their list of board members, which we gave them 6 years ago. As part of the process they need country of residence and DOB for all board members. If you can send me your DOB on Slack ASAP we can keep our account active.

  3. The following individuals have volunteered or expressed an interest in serving as members of the Election Committee. A poll has been sent for the first meeting to review the charter and the election procedures approved by the board.
