    • Got feedback that it was too much work for 2 people last year. Recommended at least 4 people.

      • We go through last meeting’s minutes at the top of the meeting
      • Board takes notes during the current meeting, marking topics as private as they come up
      • Board secretary takes public topics from last meeting to Github
      • Github comment period on last meeting’s minutes for board members that closes after 1 yes or 1 week whatever comes first
      • Start process again the following week
    • Aim for a 4 weeks buffer, ideally quicker than that.
