- Sanket to work on a draft and share with Rachel, TCS, admin board. Will take inspiration from other charters including CoC, Elections, Infrastructure, DISC, etc.
- Activity: Pending fiscal project applications have been forwarded to TSC. Project reviews completed by Sanket. Juan (Chair, TSC) have set up a poll to meet with the TSC and discuss and vote.
- Have a charter, use it to de-board members, and then open up to new members
- Next meeting is next week
- Linux Foundation has a technical advisory board. Would be interesting to see what they’re doing, how they’re structuring it
