• Updates
  • TSC Charter - a couple people from TSC and Rachel have seen it. Some places where there were questions. Could we do X, Y? Good place for folks to weigh in on
  • Strategic Planning
    • Rachel has started a project plan and started a list of everything we need to have before we launch the process.
    • Need: timeline, # surveys, interviews, whiteboard sessions, etc. Organizing that into phases.
    • Looking at a couple weeks for board review, social externally by EOM
• Volunteer Policy
  • Several committees have said that there’s a need to put expectations together about time commitment, representing NF externally, etc.
  • We’re evolving our policies to better serve our community.
  • Have a good draft of a new volunteer policy. Sitting with attorney. Need to figure out who this goes out to. Named positions. Will have that for admin board review next week.
